The Service allows you to submit, upload, post, send, or display content, including profile information, messages, images, stories, status updates, or other materials ("User Content").
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant BeThere Club a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, display, publish, and distribute your User Content only as necessary to operate, improve, and provide the Service.

Stories are ephemeral by design and are automatically deleted after 24 hours. We may remove User Content at our discretion if it violates these Terms or creates risk for users or BeThere Club.
The Service may help users discover, organize, join, or participate in events, activities, experiences, or offline interactions. You understand and agree that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeThere Club is not responsible for user behavior, event cancellations, offline interactions, personal injury or loss, or content or representations made by users, organizers, or venues.
The Service may offer paid features, subscriptions, digital goods, or in-app purchases. Payments may be processed by third-party providers including Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or other payment processors. Payment processing is subject to the terms and policies of the relevant provider.
If you purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the purchase is handled by the relevant platform. You must manage billing, renewals, and cancellation through your Apple or Google account settings, unless otherwise stated.
If subscriptions are offered, terms, price, billing period, and renewal details will be shown before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Refunds for purchases made through Apple or Google are handled according to the refund policies of the relevant platform. For purchases made directly through BeThere Club, refund terms will be presented at the time of purchase or governed by applicable law.
The Service may include campaigns, rewards, points, offers, promotions, or in-app currency. Unless otherwise stated:

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, we suspect fraud, abuse, or security risk, or required by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account through the app settings. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute resolution will survive termination.
If you download or use the Service through the Apple App Store, the following applies:

If you download or use the Service through Google Play, your use may also be subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and applicable Google policies.
